If you are a first-time user, you will need to set up an account.
1. Click on the link above.
2. Create an account. Please use your name as the client name (it will not show up on the facilities calendar).
3. If you do not have a tax exempt or id number, please leave it blank.
4. Please check the facilities calendar before making requests.
After you have created your account you will receive an e-mail notification of approval. After submitting a facility request you will also receive an e-mail with approval, denial, or modifications needed. You will also receive a permit number and bill if applicable.
