Math League is an organization that invites students to participate in solving fun mathematics problems. It involves students in grades 9-12, who are in Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2/Trignometry, or Calculus. Math league wants to encourage and support students to learn upper level mathematics. It also promotes high scholastic achievement, friendly competition, and promotes higher level learning after high school. We have over 30 students active this year! Mu Alpha Theta is the honor society part of New London Math League. Students must have completed Algebra and Geometry with at least a 3.0 average. Then, students can pay a one time due of $10.00 to be part of the honor society. Honor students receive certificate and a membership card. They can also compete in different competitions as well as earn scholarships. Seniors will wear a blue and yellow tassel cord during graduation.
