Julia Martell has been in education since 2007 and in New London since 2023.  She has an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Supervisory Management from Northwoods Technical College and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education Language Arts with a capstone project in Multiculteral Nonsexist Education from the University of Wisconsin - Superior.
