Carol Newton has been in education since 2016 and in new London since 2024.  She has a comprehensive major in Emotional/Behavioral, Intellectual and Learning Disabilities (K-12) from the Unitveristy of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
She also has a masters in Educational Administration for Principalship, Director of Instruction and Director of Special Education and Pupil Services from the University of Wisconsin - Superior.
