Theresa Smith has been in education since 1999 and in New London since 2000. Theresa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the Univeristy of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, a Master of Education degree from Viterbo University and a certification in Reading from Viterbo University. Theresa is also a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in Early and Middle Childhood Literacy: Reading Language Arts, 2024.
