What's Happening . . .

Rise Together Event

Waupaca County Public Health was recently awarded a grant that focuses on Opioid Harm Prevention. They are hosting Rise Together as an open event to all of communities in Waupaca County. The event is taking place on August 14th from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Manawa Masonic Center. Doors open at 5 pm with information from local resources. The official event begins at 5:30 pm with Rise Together, a group of Wisconsin-based individuals who have overcome drug addiction, leading the discussion. Community members, law enforcement, and public health will also share their perspectives. Light refreshments will also be provided.

Kids From Wisconsin Performance

Kids From Wisconsin will be performing on Thursday, July 26, at the New London High School auditorium. Please contact John Glynn at 920-851-4198 to reserve tickets or get advance general admission tickets at First State Bank, Wolf River Community Bank, Fox Communities Credit Union, Chamber of Commerce, or the School District of New London District Office. Thank you to the New London Lions Club for sponsoring this event!


Summer Hours

Summer hours will be as follows:

  • District Administration Building:  Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • High School:  Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Other school buildings will be minimal.
  • All buildings will be closed July 2-6.
