May 3, 2013 - Mrs. Winkler's Kindergarten class created books about forest animals using PowerPoint. After their PowerPoint was completed, we recorded students reading their books. Click below to listen!

April 30, 2013 - Mrs. Herzfeldt's Kindergarten class learned about the weather. They wrote weather sentences and share them here with you:

February 14, 2013 - Fourth graders in Ms. Reynolds's class have been busy researching Presidents and preparing their biographies. As part of their research, they used the web tool Voki to create Presidential Avatars. Here are a few:




February 6, 2013 - Third grade students have been using Greg Tang books to expand their math learning. Using the program Inspiration, students created their own pattern picture based on a season they chose. Their pictures have groups of numbers in a pattern for the viewer to try to figure out. These are not random symbol pictures that are counted one-by-one, but rather the symbols in some way create a pattern that may be seen to make counting easier. Students also created a solution page with the patterns circled.  Below are two student creations:
